Joey's Chilli Sauce is a delicious, fermented hot sauce. It started as a lockdown hobby and has slowly evolved into a micro business. I have a passion for fermentation and pickling as I believe it can add great flavours and textures into my cooking. I want to share that passion with you, Joey's Chilli Sauce is the product of that. From time to time you will find other products on here too, usually they will be fermented or pickled but not always, however they will always offer something interesting and of course, be packed with flavour..
