A very crazy Christmas







I want to say thanks to everyone who ordered over what was a very Christmas period for me. Joey's Fermented Chilli sauce is nothing without customers so to have so many people ordering online and buying at markets was fantastic and very heart warming. In truth, I may have stretched myself a bit thin as some nights I found myself up until the wee small hours bottling and labelling sauce to prepare for a market the next day. I made no secret of the fact I had to close the website shop just so I could fulfil the orders. Well, the good news is the online store is now open again, albeit with a slightly reduced range whilst I restock - remember, a batch of Joey's Fermented Chilli Sauce







takes at least a month from start to finish....! Whilst I'm on the subject, in the barrels at the moment I've got a batch of yellow Heat Not Hate which is just about ready to bottle and a new batch of orange Fool's Gold which should be ready in about 10 days or so.
