Branching out

It's been a really busy spring, trying to fit everything in, it's been really hectic. Joey's Chilli Sauce is now on the new pizza menu at Nook Cafe Bar in Heaton Moor, Manchester. The pizzas are incredible and they do some amazing chicken wings too, so naturally I suggested the sauce to go on them too and I have to say, they're really delicious..!

I'm also developing a chilli jam to pair with cheese. I met the fantastic people at New Market Dairy on Altrincham market and tried some of their incredible cheeses. I was absolutely blown away by the variety, quality but more importantly the flavour of their products. Packed with umami, they've got everything from creamy soft cheese to crumbly aged cheddars and everything in between....

An exciting time indeed, so watch this space....!
