Getting ready for market

This weekend sees me taking the sauces out on the road to my first ever maker's market. There's so much to do, the checklist is huge! From ensuring all the stock is ready and labelled, to packaging, stall decoration and of course taking payments. Fingers crossed the event is well attended and I manage to sell a few bottles. This starts the beginning of a new era as I try to build up the business heading into 2023 and I have a few other dates in the diary over the next couple of weeks including Hollybush Conservation Centre in Kirkstall on the 4th Dec and Huddersfield Cathedral House on the 10th December. I'm hoping to make a big announcement about a Christmas Market in Leeds on the 17th though that's not confirmed yet so watch this space. I'm really excited (and a little nervous!) about this development and hope to see you there!
