It's finally her! My new mango sweet chilli has been 6 months in the making - tasting and perfecting the recipe. Initial feedback from customers has been absolutley fantastic. A superb combination of sweet mango puree balanced with sour notes and that famous Joey's spicy kick! I'm extremeley proud of it and recommend you grab a bottle or two whilst you can. It's limited availability at times due to it being so time consuming to make. Made to a unique Joey's recipe, it kicks like a mule. Use as an authentic dipping sauce in Asian recipes or drizzled on stir fry, pizzas, wraps, wedges, rice etc. Watch out though - it's got a bit of a kick!
